1. Acceptance of Terms

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player," "User," or "you") and phlove11 ("phlove11," "we," "us," or "our") governing your use of the phlove11 website located at phlove11.vip and all associated services, games, features, and content (collectively, the "Platform").

By registering an account, logging in, depositing funds, or otherwise accessing any part of the phlove11 Platform, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms, together with our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, each of which is incorporated herein by reference.

Each player is permitted to hold only one (1) registered account on phlove11. The creation of multiple accounts by a single individual — whether under the same or different names, email addresses, or payment methods — is strictly prohibited and will result in the immediate suspension of all associated accounts and the forfeiture of any balances or bonuses therein.

3. Account Registration

3.2 Account Security

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your phlove11 login credentials, including your username and password. You agree to notify phlove11 immediately upon becoming aware of any unauthorized use of your account or any other breach of security. phlove11 will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to comply with this security obligation.

3.3 Identity Verification (KYC)

phlove11 is required to verify the identity of its players in accordance with applicable anti-money laundering (AML) and know-your-customer (KYC) regulations. You may be required to submit government-issued identification documents, proof of address, and/or proof of payment method ownership before withdrawals are processed or at any other time at phlove11's discretion. Failure to provide requested documentation within a reasonable timeframe may result in account suspension.

4. Deposits & Withdrawals

4.1 Accepted Payment Methods

phlove11 accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via the following payment methods for Philippine players: GCash, PayMaya (Maya), bank transfer (including BPI, BDO, Metrobank, UnionBank, Landbank, PNB, and Security Bank), and debit card. All transactions are denominated in Philippine Peso (PHP / ₱).

4.2 Minimum Deposits & Withdrawals

4.3 Withdrawal Processing

4.4 Player Funds

Player funds deposited into phlove11 accounts are held separately from phlove11's operational funds. phlove11 does not use player funds for operational expenses.

5. Bonuses & Promotions

5.1 General Bonus Terms

phlove11 offers various bonuses and promotions to eligible players from time to time. All bonuses are subject to specific terms and conditions, including wagering requirements, game restrictions, minimum odds, time limits, and maximum withdrawal limits, which will be communicated at the time the bonus is offered.

5.2 Wagering Requirements

Bonus funds and any winnings derived from bonus funds are subject to wagering requirements before they may be withdrawn. 5.3 Bonus Abuse

phlove11 reserves the right to withhold, cancel, or reclaim any bonus or bonus winnings where it reasonably suspects that a player has engaged in bonus abuse, including but not limited to: creating multiple accounts to claim the same bonus, using low-risk betting strategies to meet wagering requirements, or colluding with other players to exploit promotional offers.

5.4 Modification of Promotions

phlove11 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate any promotion at any time without prior notice. Changes to ongoing promotions will be communicated to affected players as soon as reasonably practicable.

6. Game Rules & Fair Play

All games available on the phlove11 Platform — including slots, live dealer games, bingo, Lucky Dice, and all other game categories — are governed by individual game rules, which are accessible within each game interface. In the event of any conflict between these Terms and individual game rules, the individual game rules shall prevail with respect to that specific game.

phlove11 uses certified random number generator (RNG) technology for all applicable games to ensure fair and unpredictable outcomes. Live dealer games are conducted by trained dealers in real time and are subject to the same fairness standards.

In the event of a technical malfunction, disconnection, or system error during gameplay, phlove11 reserves the right to void the affected game round and return the wagered amount to the player's account. phlove11 shall not be liable for any losses arising from technical malfunctions beyond its reasonable control.

7. Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the phlove11 Platform. Engaging in any prohibited conduct may result in immediate account suspension, permanent ban, and forfeiture of account balances:

• Harassing, threatening, or abusing phlove11 staff or other players;
• Accessing the Platform from a jurisdiction where online gambling is prohibited.

8. Intellectual Property

All content on the phlove11 Platform — including but not limited to the phlove11 name, logo, trademarks, game graphics, software, text, images, audio, and video — is the exclusive property of phlove11 or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the Platform solely for your personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works of, publicly display, or otherwise exploit any content from the Platform without phlove11's prior written consent.

9. Privacy & Data

phlove11 collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By using the Platform, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.

phlove11's total aggregate liability to you for any claim arising out of or relating to these Terms or your use of the Platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you into your phlove11 account in the thirty (30) days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

The Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.

12. Termination

phlove11 reserves the right to suspend or terminate your account and access to the Platform at any time, with or without notice, for any reason, including but not limited to: breach of these Terms, suspected fraudulent activity, failure to complete KYC verification, or inactivity for an extended period.

You may close your phlove11 account at any time by contacting customer support. Upon account closure, any remaining balance (after deduction of applicable bonus funds subject to wagering requirements) will be returned to you via your registered payment method, subject to completion of any outstanding verification requirements.

13. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Philippines. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms or your use of the phlove11 Platform shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Philippines.

phlove11 operates in the context of Philippine gaming regulations, including those administered by the Philippine Amusement and Gaming Corporation (PAGCOR). Players are responsible for ensuring compliance with all applicable laws in their jurisdiction of residence.

14. Amendments
